Renewable Energy Treasury GrantOn July 9, 2009, the U.S. Treasury Dept. released the terms and conditions for making grants under Sec. 1603 of the American
Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 to owners and developers of renewable energy projects. The grant can be collected in
lieu of a production tax credit or an energy tax credit available under section 45 and section 48 of the Internal Revenue
